Noemi handles mainly civil litigation, extrajudicial matters and administrative proceedings, both domestically and internationally. She has gained extensive experience in litigation before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in proceedings before the EUIPO (European Intellectual Property Office). Noemi also has extensive experience in advising clients on domestic and cross-border contractual and strategic operations related to intellectual property.
Noemi joined Siblegal, now Spheriens, in 2010 and became partner in 2017. Previously, she worked, from 2007 to 2009, for the Milan offices of the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and, from 2003 to 2007, for the law firm Avv. Prof. Adriano Vanzetti e Associati of Milan.
Noemi regularly holds lessons at the Master course in Luxury Goods Management – EMLUX organized by the Università Cattolica of Milan and has contributed since 2003 to the Italian IP law review Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale. Noemi serves also as a chair of the EU Subcommittee of the International Amicus Committee of INTA (International Trademark Association), and is a member of the Famous & Well Known Marks Team of MARQUES (Association of European Trade Mark Owners) and of ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
